Savings Account

Every Y-Save member maintains a Savings Account with a required monthly deposit of UGX 100,000. Balances earn 7.5% per annum, and once your total savings pass UGX 500,000 that interest begins compounding annually.

Members are permitted one withdrawal every three months, provided the account balance stays above UGX 4,000,000 — additional withdrawals attract a penalty. Skipping a month's deposit means forfeiting that month's interest, so consistency pays.
